Tracking

International shipping
Frame Atlas ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Frame Atlas is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Returns & Refund Policy
Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Change of mind
At this time, Frame Atlas does not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons.

Lost packages
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at frameatlas5@gmail.com and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued where applicable after review and approval. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within [5 to 10] business days. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law or where the error was on our side.
