Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be arranged.

Change of mind

At this time, Frame Atlas does not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons.

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Lost packages

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
